Hofstra Law School is delighted to partner with Europe’s premier research institute on comparative and international criminal law. The Max Planck Institute for Foreign and International Criminal Law is dedicated to researching the fields of German, foreign, and international criminal law and criminology. The Institute is located in Freiburg, situated in the Black Forest area of the southwestern tip of Germany.
Two courses will be offered: a one-credit course and a two-credit course will be required of all participants. The one-credit course will focus on an area of criminal law, while the two-credit course will explore criminal law from a comparative and international standpoint.
Hotel accommodations for fourteen nights are included in the program.
